Welcome to our 3rd week of training. Originally, this Saturday we were supposed to run at Patapsco, but due to Hurricane Sandy wrecking havoc among the trails there, we've decided to re-route to the Inner Harbor.

Plan to meet at the Canton Waterfront Park at 9 am:

This is our route for Saturday:

The route is fairly straightforward so I won't be providing turn-by-turn directions this time. S26.2, stick to the Promenade until you hit Key Hwy, then make a right on Lawrence and a left again at Fort, which will take you to Fort McHenry.


Your mileage goal for this week is 5 Mi. Your turn-around is at 2.5 Mi, at the intersection of Lancaster St. and Central Ave.


Full-marathoners will run almost all the way to Fort McHenry and then turn around for a total of 12 Mi.
