Welcome to the last Saturday group run before race-day! For those of you who've been there from the beginning, 21 weeks ago: strong work! I takes courage and perseverance to commit to Marathon training and you've proved you're up to the challenge! You've put in the work, got in the long runs and acquired the mileage base, and you're certain to succeed at next week's race. Enjoy the last week of taper, take it easy, rest, eat well and prepare in your mind for a strong finish as you relentlessly approach the finish line.
